Xernee Sell is operated by Xernee Technologies Ltd. We take privacy seriously, and we keep this policy short on purpose so you can actually read it.
What we collect
Account information — name, email, phone number, and (for sellers) bank account details and verification documents.
Transaction information — order history, payments, payouts, and dispatcher activity tied to your account.
Device information — IP address, browser type, and approximate location, used for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
To run the platform: process payments, deliver orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
To improve the product: understand which features sellers use most, and where they get stuck.
We never sell your personal data to third parties. Period.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or close your account at any time. Email info@xernee.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active, plus 7 years for transaction records (a tax/regulatory requirement in Nigeria). Verification documents are deleted within 90 days of account closure.
